The customer , when inserting the ticket , view assetts . and the "Vendor Price" !!!!!!!! .
E ' can make invisible this information ?

Well, customers can only see the Asset Price field, not the Vendor price field - unless you rename both fields and use them in a different way. Please give it another look.
