I like the feature of email to ticket and when said email is sent it attaches to said ticket if you sent to [ticket******].
If you attached a report to an email then to a ticket via email then it saves the report on the email in history yet does not add it to docs on the associated ticket.
I would like to send an email to my processing address (help@...) with subject "[Ticket***]" which then attaches said report to docs for the referenced ticket.
Any idea on how to accomplish?
