Hi Gents,
In our managed IT company, we have a need for some accounting procedures in Quickbooks that require us to use Quickbooks classes. This feature of Quickbooks allows you to mark any individual invoice, line item, or transaction as belonging to a particular class. You can then get reports that are broken down by the class.
We need a feature in CommitCRM that assigns a class to each invoice and line item that it creates in Quickbooks, on a per-account basis. (Example: We need customer A's invoices that CommitCRM creates in Quickbooks to be marked with class A for the invoice and the line items, while customer B's invoice that CommitCRM creates in Quickbooks needs to be marked with class B for the invoice and the line items.)
Currently, we use CommitCRM to create the Quickbooks invoices, then we have to go into each invoice in Quickbooks and manually assign a class to every line item on every invoice. As our customer base has grown, this has become a nearly 1-hour long tedious procedure.
Is there any chance of getting this feature added to CommitCRM?
