GFI external Links manager

When using GFI asset device link manager, I get all the computers from ABC corp showing up as CommitCRM linked account for XYZ corp instead.

How is this choice made and how do I change it easily?

Thank you for posting this.

This means that RangerMSP Account XYZ is linked to GFI MAX Site ABC and you should just remove this link and then link ABC to the correct Account or create a new one.

Under the Settings menu go to RMM Integration > GFI MAX > Accounts - Clients/Site Link Manager, you can see all the Sites that are linked to Accounts under 'Linked External Records'.
Select ABC corp and click the 'Unlink' button.

As an alternative you can go to Accounts and locate the XYZ Account and remove the link using the option under Accounts menu > Tools > Remove Link...

Once done you can link Site ABC to any other Account or create a new one.
