    Showing Ticket history notes from the Account window

    I have found that the Ticket History Note (which I added from the ticket's resolution/history tab) does not show up in the Account History tab. Is this supposed to be this way? Will my techs have to open all tickets to view the histories? How do I get Ticket history notes to show up in the Account history?

    You can show the Tickets' History Notes in the Accounts History tab by checking the "Detail" checkbox in the bottom-right corner of the History tab. This will display the ticket's history notes with a * mark to indicate that this is a ticket note.
