    audit / activity window in tickets

    Hello CommitCRM

    is there a way to remove the audit / activity window at the bottom of the Tickets window? I want to have a split view of just tickets open and the resolution pane.

    Thank you for posting this.

    While there is no option to remove the history part from Ticket Resolution/History tab (it's a system tab), you can add a new custom tab and include only the Ticket Resolution field there and then hide the existing system Resolution/History tab.
