    For those with the alert server component, we are getting emails with

    [ASSIGNED] CommitCRM Ticket
    [INFO] CommitCRM Ticket

    Where can we make the change to

    [ASSIGNED] XXX-YYY Ticket
    [INFO] XXX-YYY Ticket

    Yes, you can perform some customization change to allow this. It is a local settings and therefore please contact us directly by email and specify the exact version of RangerMSP that you have and we will be able to get you the relevant details. Thanks.
