New tickets created as a result of an applied activity template when the contract is copied do not get the contract's default ticket labels.
Just FYI. I'm guessing that's a bug?

Also, when the contract is copied, todo lists on the contract are not copied to the new contract. Is this expected behavior?

FYI, trying to make a "template" project contract that can be copied for any new project. I thought I could make a generic todo list on the template to be copied to any new project contract.

The To-dos are not copied when copying Contract, these are considered to be dedicated ones for the specific Contract.
