I want to setup so when i print out a ticket it also prints out directions from our office to the ticket location. Like right now we use google for directions to the appointment. I know you can do maps to the address, but anyway on doing the directions along with the map?

RangerMSP's Online Services allow to pass parameters from the selected Account only. This is how you can display the customer address in Google Maps (or other services) directly from RangerMSP (just like you do). While in Google maps, you can go to "Directions" and add the source address so you can get the directions.

This is good feedback and we may add the ability to show a route from one point to another (rather than a single point for a single Account) in one of our future versions.
