When dispatching a ticket, could we have it auto-prompt “would you like to change the ticket manager to the employee X (the employee we just dispatched to)?” As is, changing the ticket manager is a multi-step process.

Depending on the specific work flow this can either be very helpful or very annoying, maybe it should be an optional warning that one can turn on. Thanks for asking.
