Is there a way to mark a task/appointment DONE within the web-interface?

You may update the task description to indicate the task is completed. Marking a Task as Done via the Web Interface is not currently supported. This is already on our to-do list and I believe it will be implemented in one of our coming releases. Thanks for your feedback.
