GFI link external asset

I am having an use where I have new workstations for a client and when I do a scan for unlinked external records it comes up empty. I know there are 6 new workstations but the scan is failing to find them. I had other new assets that did show up in the list and they have now been correctly linked. but the 6 new assets were not in any of the scans.

any suggestions?

The devices list is downloaded from GFI MAX (Maxfocus) servers and then displayed to you for linking to existing/new RangerMSP Assets. The list is downloaded once in a while in order to reduce server load. In order to hurry up the download you may try to restart the RMM service on your server and wait for a while and only then enter the mapping window again to see whether the new set of devices has been received.
