Hi. This has never happened before but suddenly we have multiple processes running UpgradeClient.exe and it's killing our terminal server performance. What triggers this?

Re: UpgradeClient.exe killing CPU
Thank you for posting this.
It might be related to a privileges issue. By default the server side services run under the Local System user.
First, you should 'kill' these UpgradeClient.exe processes. Then edit the properties of all RangerMSP's services and have them log in and run under an Administrator user. Then restart all services.
The following services may be installed on your server:
RangerMSP Server
RangerMSP Web Interface
RangerMSP RMM Server
Hope this helps.

Re: UpgradeClient.exe killing CPU
We have the same exact issue so per the instructions above, I changed the CommitCRM service accounts to use the administrator account on our TS. Remains to be seen if this is the cure-all.
We actually noticed this happening when we upgraded our TS from Server 2008 R2 to 2012 R2. Not sure if it's merely a coincidence though.
