Live Data Tiles - Filter by Label?

Am I missing something or can we not create live data tiles filtered by Label?

Thank you for posting this. Yes, this is correct. At this time there isn't a predefined query to use that supports filtering by a Label. Filtering by labels can only take place in the Tickets window itself. Thanks for asking, we will consider it as a feature request and log it as such. Thanks.

Then while we're at it we could also really use the following:

- Filter by Label
- Filter by Status
- Filter by Status->Status Ext.

As for filtering by Ticket Status - there are already Live Data Items for each status, for example:

Number of in-house Tickets filtered by employee
Number of scheduled Tickets filtered by employee

Add my vote to a Live Date Tile that can be filtered by Status Ext.
I asked for it as soon as version 10 hit the streets...

Thanks for asking. So far things haven't progressed much with this because of the low demand vs. other things. We have the request on file, the idea is clear and makes sense. We'll add your vote for it. Thanks. For what it is worth, you can filter tickets by labels in the Tickets window itself.
