Calling the API from VBA

Has anyone got any tips/examples for using the API in VBA?
I have tried two approaches; compiling the CommitLib.dll for use in COM and the Low Level API, but can't get either to work.

Thank you for asking. The API is widely used and is offered as VB.NET, C# and C++ libraries. In addition you have the low level API that you mentioned and the API by Email option. You may make it work under VBA though it isn't something that we've tested, maybe someone has done this and will reply. Click for all details about RangerMSP API
