Eliminate charge reports for some users

I saw in File > Privileges that I can limit security. But I am not sure if you can show me how to eliminate reports from being Active when a Limited user signs on, especially charge reports.

You can limit users from accessing the Charge reports by setting the "Charges Incl. Finance" privilege to false. This way they will not see the "Charges" part in the reports window.
