    New Ticket getting default recipients

    RangerMSP User Question*

    When I open a new ticket for this one particular client it automatically adds 2 Recipients. I think this was done by one of my x-employee and I cannot find how to reverse this.

    On the left side of each email address field in RangerMSP you will find a check box. When checked it means that this address is considered as a default recipient for new Tickets created under this Account. In other words - when a Ticket is created under the Account that email will be added as a recipient automatically.

    Look for the Account email addresses as well as as Secondary Contacts email address and select/unselect the addresses you want/do-not-want to be used as default recipients for new tickets.
