With the newly-added ability to add account-level Knowledgebase articles, we plan to use the KB much more extensively than we have up until now. It would be helpful if we could sort the KB list by the "Category" field/column by default (rather than the "Title" column), rather than having to click on that column to sort by it every time we access the KB. I tried sorting by the "Category" column and then using the "Save Current Windows Configuration for Next Login" function but that did not work. I also do not see a "default sort" option in the "Knowledge Base" tab of the Options tool. Is there any way to do this? If not, can you add it as a requested feature for a future version? Seems like it should be an easy thing to allow a default sort column in the Knowledgebase list, and it would certainly be a time-saver for finding the desired article if they were sorted by Category rather than by Title.

Re: Sort KB list by "Category" column?
The default sort order for articles in the Knowledge Base is indeed by the article title and while you can check the sort order to other fields, like the Category field, it does not change the default sort order for next time. We have just logged your request. Thank you!
