It is now possible to automatically insert the current date/time and logged-in username in free text fields, such as Ticket Resolution, Notes under a Ticket/Account.
Adding time stamps will help to organize the data in such textual based memo fields.
To insert a time stamp simply hit the F5 key or right click to use the option 'Insert Date/Time/User' option from the popup menu.
