    We are currently looking at your software and had a couple of questions.

    1: Can techs in the field modify existing service tickets and/or add new ones?

    2: Can they update a customer equipment list?

    Yes, definitely. Using Web interface techs can modify exiting tickets, add new ones, and basically perform a lot more - manage accounts, assets, log time, log parts used on a job, see the billing contract details, and more - all as per their user privileges and access right settings allow.

    Using the Web interface techs can also manage customer equipment list, known as Assets in RangerMSP.
