    blank error boxes

    we are getting on all workstations blank error page popping up

    another item is some time during the weekend something is happening. we come in on Monday and on the server there are 10 to 15 instances of CommitCRM running and server is at 100% cpu.

    Both issues might be related to a privileges.

    Please stop the following 'RangerMSP' server side services (if installed):

    RangerMSP Server
    RangerMSP Web Interface
    RangerMSP RMM Server

    Use Task Manager to "kill" all other processes of RangerMSP.... that are running on the server.

    Then edit ALL RangerMSP's Windows services properties and under 'Log On' tab have them log in and run as an Administrator user (by default the server side services run under the Local System user).
    Then restart all these services and monitor the status.
