    Relate knowledgebase article to account

    I want to have the ability to relate a knowledgebase article to an account, 'all accounts', or 'general'. Is it feasible to add a field that has a look up to the accounts list?

    Thank you for posting this. Yes, it is possible to link a KB article to a specific Account.

    First you should mark the article as Public and then assign it to a specific Account.

    Setting the article as public for only a specific Account make it available via Customer Web Portal for only this customer.

        Linking articles to accounts requires the article to be set as public. If you do not wish to actually share such articles with the customer, through the Customer Web Portal, you may simply block the customer Web Users from viewing any public articles using Customer Web User privileges.
