    Re: A few things...

    Many question :0)

How or can we track past due accts?
Yes, you can track past due tickets for customers. When creating Tickets for jobs to be performed, you can set the Ticket with a Due Date. When this date is reached, the Ticket Due Date will be displayed in red in the Tickets list and in the Ticket's details window. You can also sort the tickets list by the Due Date and filter Tickets reports by this field, and provide a date range to filter by. This way you can easily find Tickets which are past their date.

Can we create an automatic billing cycle?
Yes, you can use the RangerMSP Charges in order to log work performed, parts used and other expenses. Each Charge can be logged for a certain Account (customer) and Ticket. You can then easily generate Charge reports and see all open balances for the customer. You can also easily create Invoices in QuickBooks out of Charges in RangerMSP by using the Invoice Creation Wizard (from File > New > QuickBooks Invoice).

    Can we create employee alerts?
Yes, using the RangerMSP Alerts Server, each employee can choose to receive email alerts for any changes in the database which are related to their own jobs. For example, you can receive alerts for new Tickets assigned to you, or new Appointment and Tasks you are part of. You can also receive alerts for changes made by other users in Tickets which are assigned to you, and more. You can read more about the Alerts Server module here.

Can we color code per employee?
Yes, when using the Dispatcher to dispatch on-site visits for the different employees, you can also set a color for each appointment (from the appointment window). If you decide to use the colors as a "color code per employee" then you can do this when creating the new appointment.

    I hope this helps!
