Is there a link in a CommitCRM ticket that allows one-click to remotely access a PC or Server in Continuum RMM?

Out-of-the-box there isn't such an option, however, you should try using the Online Service feature to construct a URL that does just this and have RangerMSP embed Ticket parameters automatically when executed. Also, maybe Continuum's support can provide more insights on how to structure the URL. Hope this helps.
