Hi Guys,


Wondering what the best way to request a deposit when writing up a proposal would be?


Right now I've been just adding in a textual line and filling in the info.

I'd be awesome if there was something automated we could do along the lines of click off a button and it would add in a couple of fields referencing the total and allow us to have a percentage or free form dollar amount.

Thank you for posting. Adding a textual line is indeed one option, the other option is to use the Quote's Footer Notes memo field. In this field you can add plenty of text and even use predefined text (F8 while the field is in focus). We will take a note about the idea of having the ability to includes calculated fields within the field text. Thanks for asking.
