Can CommitCRM be setup to notify us of missed tickets or aging tickets etc? We seem to be missing alsorts.
We get our voicemails to a ticket etc.

The Report Scheduler for Employees module may help here as you can configure it to email you, once a day, a list of all tickets being opened more than 24/48/etc. hours.

pops100uk try using filters to manage your tickets. You can check last update date open for more than X days etc. Works well for us :)

In addition to using Scheduled Reports and configuring the filter as Craig suggested, you can also add an item/s to the Live Data Pane that will show tickets being opened more than 24/48 hours.
