We have all of our "external vendors" within CommitCRM, all created as Vendor within the customer type. We frequently assign tickets to external vendors, and currently we just note within the ticket that a vendor is assisting or working with us on the ticket (Wiring tech, Dell onsite, etc...). It would be great if we could link tickets to vendor accounts, so that we can quickly see what work is connected to that vendor.
