    Email notifications for tickets

    RangerMSP User Question*

    Can we setup system so that when a helpdesk ticket comes in it emails a group of us? I would like 3 of the 6 of us to see all helpdesk inbound tickets as email notifications and also when we reply for the customer to see along with the rest of us.

    Answer

    These can be implemented by defining the Email Recipients settings by each user under Tools > Options > Tickets-2 tab to receive ALL emails for all Tickets. As a result any email sent by customers will be forwarded to the user.
