Our dispatching staff create all our tickets using the Daily Dispatcher interface in CommitCRM and they find the half hour increments time consuming and frustrating to have to go into the ticket to change the times to quarter hour segments, they often have to move them around to accommodate our techs drive times etc and it would be a lot easier for them just to use the GUI to quickly make appropriate changes.
I see this has come up before but I saw no resolution for it, I was wondering if this is just one of those things they have to put up with.
