    Employee not in list

    I have an employee defined as "active" and yet I can not find him listed as a Tickets Manager in the employees list. What can cause this?

    The issue is that the employee does not have Nickname defined. When using the pull-down menus to display employees, it shows the nickname in the list. You should set the employee's nickname, and I believe this should fix it. You may need to close the windows and then reopen them in order for the change to take effect.
