When I create my Tickets form from the Report Builder I am having a problem when I want the Description from the (TICKETS – GENERAL – DESCRIPTION) to come up it shows blank it won’t print/view the description.

When I use one of the default reports it shows it in view and print.

I have checked the database text and it should be TICKETS – DESCRIPTION, but it doesn’t show anything when I select that in my dbtext block.

I believe the issue is that you should use the DBMemo field rather than the DBText field. The DBMemo should be used for fields which span on more than a single line.

Just saved me hours of work trying to figure this out - I was trying to display Charges Description... DBMemo did the job!
