When writing up the details of an assignment in the resolution section of an open ticket, it would be useful to have some Microsoft Word editing tools available.
This would include being able to use the following in order to format the text: bold, italic, underline, bullet points, paragraphing, the ability to apply different fonts on the fly and use a colour palette when required to highlight various aspects of a report in order to provide a professional looking printout when required.
