Report listing expiring assets by customer type

I can get the report to list the assets by warranty expiration but our commercial and residential customers are merged onto one report. When i edit the report there isn't a field for customer type.

The Account Type field cannot be added to this report, however, you can filter the report by it and include records of only a specific account type using the Secondary Filter option (tab).
