    How do I know ticket made internally, by email or by client webportal?

    To be able to track were requested are being made ..

    You can identify the Ticket creator in the Ticket's Notes tab, at the bottom part, where you can see the username who created the ticket.

    For tickets created by customers via the web interface, you will see the Customer's web user name in the "Created" field.

    Ticket created by the Email Connector will contain "Email Connector" as the user who created the Ticket. You can also identify automatic tickets which were created via email by the attached "original email" which appears in the "Open Source Email" link near the Ticket description.
