    Sign and Print - Web Interface

    Hi,

    We're trying to use the Sign & Print PDF function on the web-interface (we use IIS).

    When we do so and sign it, click "Generate Signed form" we get an error (doesn't matter which form we choose).

    If we leave it on default "Technician Service Form1" we get:

    1001 Operation aborted. Printing to archive file REPTKTTECSERVICEFORM failed.

    Any ideas how to rectify this?

    Thanks

    Re: Sign and Print - Web Interface

    Thank you for posting this. We would normally need to review the log files, in any case, it's rare but we've heard about this for a few times, normally in the logs we see error:

    Exception_Msg=System Error. Code: 8.
    Not enough storage is available to process this command

    We researched it online and found the following thread on Microsoft's side that suggests a solution that may help - see here.

    Carefully follow the instructions there, ONLY AFTER backing up your registry, then - RESTART your server and see how it goes.

    Hope this helps.

      I can confirm changing that setting and restarting the server did the trick. The signed PDF now downloads. I used a value of decimal "45"
