Looks like the same issue as OmniCom, different message. I've had this issue a few times in the past and already upped the size to 50 on Lanman Parameters as instructed in the article, so that will not help me in this case.

I used the client to generate the quotes from, so easy to work around, I just don't use the client much, preferring the web interface.

The registry change that suggested in this article is the only solution we are familiar of for this error and it is related to the Windows OS error.

Please try to reboot the server and see whether it helps.
