We have a block of time contract that accumulates the time over the months. How do you reset it? We do not use an accounting program that integrates (Pastel).

Hi Paul,
You can manage this in two ways:
1. Update the contract's block value every month to include the new added value. You can do this by selecting the Contract, go to the Contracts menu > Modify Initial Block Value.
2. Create a recurring monthly contract and copy it at the end of each month to the next period of time (next month). This will copy the Contract details, and will reset the block value. You can copy the contract by selecting it, going to the Contracts menu > Copy contract to a New Date Range. You can also use the Batch Copy Wizard from the same menu in order to copy a group of contracts to the next date range at the end of each month.
