Ticket Closed: Can we customise these alerts?

Greetings all,

Currently, our alerts for Ticket Closed are cosmetically broken and not very helpful with the lack of identifying information provided.

Is there any way to make changes to the templates for these PDF's that get sent out when a ticket is closed?
