We can "push" data to QB as in turning CommitCRM tickets into QB invoices. This also creates a customer account in QB based on the customer information in CommitCRM and this works great for the most part.

Can we also "pull" customer accounts from QB into CommitCRM?

We have current (and probably future) customers in QB that we would like to "pull" into CommitCRM .

We want to avoid having to enter all the QB customer into CommitCRM manually, saving time and errors.

Yes, you can import customer and item data from QuickBooks.
Any record that's already exist (i.e. linked) will not be imported and ALL others will create new records in RangerMSP.

Use the Import option at the bottom of the 'QB' dropdown menu in RangerMSP Accounts details window for this. We strongly recommend that you take a backup as these a mass-import actions.
