Just an FYI (and recommendation to fix).
Changing a contract code (not a standard field - it is performed via a "change contract code" function, not just a text field edit) does not update the updated by, and last modified fields for the contract record.
Since the contract code is a pretty significant field for a contract I feel this is an incorrect exclusion of "modified" metadata.
For example, I was fixing some improper coding, and found the contracts were not re-imported into my external database (which queries commitCRM tables based on newly created or modified date fields). I had to manually edit a description field (in addition to the code change) in order to properly flag the contract with a newer modified date.
Thanks!
