We use the Accounts documents tab to attach web pages and documents related to the accounts we have in CommitCRM. I am running into an issue where the tab has become much less useful because it is cluttered with items related to tickets.
When something is dragged onto a ticket (email, file, picture, etc) it creates a new document that gets linked to the ticket but this also ends up visible on the docs tab for the account. We get zero benefit from having this item show up on the documents tab of the account since the only place we would ever want to review this would be when looking at the ticket directly. It actually because a big negative having it on the Accounts docs tab because it clutters the tab with irrelevant items up making it difficult to find the actual information we want there.
Is there some way that we can get the items needed into the ticket without ending up on the Account documents tab? If there is no way to do this can you please put in a feature request for this?
