Required Field

I have made the field "source" a required field at the ticket level. However using the web version it doesn't seemed to be required. Does that required option not work with the web interface?

Thank you for asking. Please restart RangerMSP Web Interface Windows service or your server (or IIS if used there) for the change to affect immediately, then give it another try.
