Opening tickets from the dispatcher window

When I have an appointment open (from Dispatcher/Calendar), is there a fast way to get to the ticket related to that appointment?

The same question applies to Tasks also.

Yes, from the calendar window, you can right-click the Appointment and select Show Linked Ticket.

Same goes for the Appointments/Tasks list – you can select the appointment/task, and go to Show Linked Ticket.
