Error message when syncing Quickbooks customers and vendors.ts.

Below is the message I'm receiving when I sync customers to Quickbooks. Please help. Commit CRM Version 24.0.0.1 and Quickbooks Pro 2019

Import data from the subject of:Accounts

Message received from QuickBooks:
Message: An exception occurred! Type:UTFDataFormatException, Message:invalid byte 1 (’) of a 1-byte sequence.SAXParseException: error at line 2872, column 9 in XML data

Thank you for posting this.
Such errors are usually related to the actual data in QuickBooks itself, however, many times they can be bypassed.

Please click here and follow the first option dealing with "...Type:UTFDataFormatException...", then try again to import/sync Accounts.
