CommitCRM IIS Webinterface error

Today started to get a rendering problem of the web interface



error in console shows

cmtlistgen17009.js:5 Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined
at cmtlistgen17009.js:5

Nothing was has been changed, worked fine for over a year without a problem

CommitCRM Version 17.0.0.5

any assistance would be greatly appreciated

It seems like some of the software files that includes styling rules, among others, were lost.
Please try to resart the entire \Webinterface\Files folder from backup, restart the Web interface / IIS, and give it a try.

Hi, Thanks for reply.

I've tried that, restored several versions of backups, restarted IIS but same result.

Looks like all the files are there, don't event know where to look for any error logs

Thanks for the update. You may want to open a support ticket with us to further work on this. Beyond the above, missing styling files, there's nothing else that we can suggest without digging much deeper into this.
