Realistic Maximum Number of Users for CommitCRM

Good morning. We are an MSP with 6 employees and about 1500 managed endpoints. We are currently using CommitCRM as our PSA and Connectwise Automate for RMM. One of our consultants is pushing us into going with Connectwise Manage.

I am looking for a general idea of the max users we can have on CommitCRM before it just gets to difficult too manage. I have heard the 15 user mark was where it just couldn't keep up with the big guys, like Manage.

I am interested to get some more feedback from people who have larger setups and what issues there may be. Thanks in advance!!

Thanks for posting. We wanted to share our input here - We have customers with literally hundreds of users/employees, many with several dozens, and naturally also many with smaller teams.

We have 12 users. Still works just as fast as ever. We're on the SQL version.

The things that CW manage brings aren't related to CommitCRM's performance.
