Thank you for posting this.
We assume that you refer to the Tickets form/report printed from the Web Interface.
You can edit and customize the report in the Reports window using the Windows client application.
You should then RESTART the 'Web Interface' Windows service on your server or IIS (if in use) to apply the changes.
