    Ticket Quick Reply Categories

    Some of our list of reply templates are too big to fit on screen, especially for the mobile/tablet users.

    How do we sort the quick reply list into categories like hardware, software, printers, email, etc. to make this feature more useful and easy to use?

    We would like many more quick replies, but the list gets too big to find anything.

    Thank you for asking. Email Templates, just like in the screenshot, are listed as one list, and grouping Email Templates is not currently an option. We definitely see how this option may help when plenty of templates are involved and will log your question as a feature request.
