    schedule recurring tickets automatically

    Is there a way to schedule a recurring ticket automatically in dispatcher for a particular user?
    eg. We have a ticket that is created every 2nd Tuesday that 1 particular user takes care of at 9am. At the moment the ticket is created but we have to manually place it in the calendar using dispatcher.

    If this feature does not exisit, could you please add this to your feature request list?

    Thank you for posting this.

    Sure, you can create a Recurring Ticket and have it scheduled in the calendar for the particular use.

    You should add an Activity Template for Tickets with the Appointment entry and then select the Activity Template in the
    Recurring Ticket Template under the Automation tab.
