After the update to 28, I'm not able to use the drop-down box to select an account in the web interface. Choosing the Account Selection, I can select the account, but the account is not shown in the display box after selection. I can still create the ticket and the ticket is attached to the correct client. Happens in Firefox and Opera on Windows. Have not checked Chrome or Edge.

We received a similar report recently and there is a newer version 28.0.0.2 that includes the fix for this glitch.
Please download the upgrade here, make sure that you download and run the upgrade program to version 28.0.0.2.
